Private violin and viola lessons are provided once a week for students ages 5 through adults. Most students begin with 30-minute lessons, but hour lessons are available for more advanced students. During lessons, students are provided with individualized instruction focusing on "traditional method" which teaches students to read music while learning how to play. Students are given instruction on what songs/skills to practice for the week and are given a practice log. The amount of practice time will vary by student, but at least five days of practice a week is required for progress.
Recitals are typically held once a year and are included in lesson fees.
